I am a doctoral student with the Autonomous Systems research group at the Aalto University. In 2010, I started my work on perception systems for forest machines, which consists of mobile mapping, laser scanning, machine perception and sensor fusion. I'm working on the COMBAT/Pointcloud project, where I'm currently focusing on laser scanning solutions for forest machines. Starting this year, I'm continuing the work at the department of Remote Sensing and Photogrammetry, Finnish Geospatial Research Institute FGI as a researcher and trying to finalize my doctoral thesis in the meanwhile. When I have some spare time, I like to dance, hike, scuba dive or play board games with friends.
